All due diligence with any respected buyers should be done by the supplier individually before proceeding ahead.

Company stated that the compliance or any certificate issued to any respective person or a company. Indiatrade port ventures pvt ltd. Take full responsibility for certification authenticity. With any reason if certificates occurs problem due to Indiatrade port ventures pvt ltd and will not be resolved than govt fees and agencies fees and GST amount will not be refunded. Same where if any problem occurs in certification authenticity due to certificate user then no refund will be initiated.

Supplier will have to give proper response to the buyer whenever they asked to do so. Proper follow up needs to be there.

Payment terms should be decided between the buyers and sellers and you both must agree upon it. Whatever the supplier needs for closing the deals in terms of payment or L/C issue, the buyer must agree upon it or the little bit negotiation could be possible between both parties. Indiatradeport is not a part of negotiation between both parties. Supplier should give us time to make contact and provide you the right buyers for your requirements. We can provide you the buyer on instant basis but if you have some preferences that you must give us time to find the best buyer for that preference.Therefore, we Indiatradeport no were take the full surety about the verification of International Inquiries as due to the time difference it's not possible. But we are responsible to give you contactable Inquiries and if any Inquiries are found non contactable then we are liable to replace the same with others.
